This retreat invites you to take that first step toward mastering your mind, awakening its full potential, and discovering the clarity, focus, and purposeful energy that arise from a calm, disciplined, and deeply aware mind.

The Calm Mind, The Clear Path

The mind is one of the most powerful instruments we possess. It has the ability to direct energy, focus intention, and shape the reality we experience. Yet in our fast-paced lives, the mind is often restless, scattered, and pulled in many directions, dissipating energy on what does not serve us and clouding our clarity. When we learn to calm the mind, to center it and preserve its energy, we gain the ability to direct it purposefully toward the projects, relationships, and experiences that truly nurture our growth. In that state of clarity and inner peace, we can see situations more clearly, make wiser decisions, and engage with life in a focused, intentional, and harmonious way.

Yoga offers a rich and time-honored path to train the mind - to cultivate focus, stillness, and creative power. Through meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and other practices developed in ancient yogic traditions, we can transform the mind into a strong, reliable instrument: one that channels energy efficiently, remains grounded amidst challenges, and supports our highest aspirations.

Flow of the Day

Mastering the mind begins in the body, expands through awareness, and settles into stillness.
Here’s how the day unfolds:

Morning (7:00-8:30 am)
Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation to anchor and steady the mind

Late Morning (10:00 am-12:00 pm)
Embodied practices -yoga, kriya & breathwork - to sharpen focus and awareness

Afternoon (2:00-4:00 pm)
Group practices, sensory explorations & sharing circles to reshape patterns of thought

Evening (5:00-7:00 pm)
Meditation, Yin Yoga & deep relaxation for integration and calm

Participation Options

Single Session (Free): Join us for either morning, afternoon, or evening practice

Full Retreat Day:
Experience all practices (no accommodation)
